Up to one-hour heavy bag session offers open access to the bag for a freestyle workout at your own pace. Participants can use the time to practice strikes, improve conditioning, build endurance, and release stress in a focused training environment. The session is primarily self-directed, with light guidance, examples, and insight available upon request from the instructor present at the studio during the session. Please remember to bring your own gloves.
